How do I place an order?

We want to make placing an order as easy as 1, 2, 3 for you. Simply add all your desired items to your shopping cart and follow the checkout procedure.  Your order request is then sent to our sales team who will be in contact with you, should there be any specifics.  Once all items on your list are confirmed on our side, you will receive an invoice with payment details.

When do I pay for my order?

Only once all items in your list are confirmed by our sales team (who will be in contact with you right after your order is placed) will an invoice with payment details be sent to you. Once this invoice is sent, you can make your payment and your order will be shipped!

I want a product that is out of stock, what do I do? 

If there are any variants or specific items out of stock, reach out to us via the contact page and we'll process your request to see if we can get that item for you.  Stock is ordered from our international suppliers in three month intervals, so it may take some time for items to get here, but rest assured, we'll bend over backwards to fulfill your order! 

I need products for a specific bike, what do I do?

Because of the vast variety of motorcycle makes and models on the market, we do not list each variant individually on our site (otherwise we'd be uploading items for 84 years).  So, to simplify things, simply add the product(s) to your cart and follow the checkout prompts. A member from our sales team will then reach out to you regarding specifications (REMEMBER: you won't be charged for your order until we've confirmed all details). 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and size of the items ordered.  Once your order is confirmed, we will communicate shipping costs with you.  Discounts are applied to orders valued over R2500.00 :)

I want to exchange or return an item, what do I do?

Exchanges and returns are accepted for 7 days after you've received your order.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to rectify purchases in the case of wrong sizes/fits.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping to our customers; exchange or returns that have been damaged in any way will not be refunded.
